Some universal notes...

Being an avid reader of all matters Universal my eye fell on an interesting bit about ‘Where is the missing matter of the Universe’. Bearing in mind that the matter we all are made of, sun, planets, comets, stars, us only comprised some 5%. The rest is dark matter and dark energy. The word dark here implying it is there but we cannot see it. Now, bearing in mind that what we can see shows all is in motion. The whole lot is moving but we do not know whereto. There is something called the Great Attractor, a conglomerate of massive galaxies attracting our galaxy and all things close by. But now even that is attracted by something larger again! Scientists have termed this ‘Dark Flow’. In Quora it said ‘ Dark flow is an unexpected large-scale movement of galaxies across the universe, and we thought that our Milky Way, together with other local galaxies, is flowing towards the Great Attractor, a dens e conglomeration of many galaxies’. But also ‘It turns out that behind the Gre...

What about this benefits bandwagon? Speeding up eh?

W e should all wonder what the government, and in particular the Civil Service, thinks about how they have let this country down. I would say down the sewer. It is incredibly sad to find our once pristine country, once a leader in the world hierarchy, so badly led. I just wonder in which book it was written that we will have to accept the changes in our once stable society. Of course there have always been those of a criminal mind but we have always been able to contain the numbers. But now with the incredible influx of foreign nationals, in particular those of the Arabian countries, Iran, Syria, Afghanistan and under 25 years of age, the problems are now stacking up and virtually unsolvable. The fabric of our society is being eroded at an ever faster pace. This mainly because those that are flooding in across the Channel have no intention of assimilating. Indeed, many have intentions we better not mention but it includes dismantling this country completely. Then the Prime Minister ...

Is World War 3 around the corner? Ask the PM...

The PBS Channel is always quite interesting if you like history. In particular the world wars. I saw one about the rise of Mussolini and indeed about some of the ways fascism came to power. The situation after WW1 was not brilliant, many western countries were devastated, cities in ruin, starvation. There were also many refugees. It seemed inevitable that someone charismatic and not afraid to use some violence to impose the will of a party or indeed, an individual such as Mussolini became a prime minister. The two decades before WW2 were characterised by the rise of fascism mainly because people wanted law and order. Unfortunately these two things do not really fit into the fascist agenda. They talk about it but the actions are a poignant sign to what is going to happen. What is more worrying that the present period, also visible here in Britain seems to be a time of social unrest brought on by the inability of government to impose its democratic will. Meaning what people have voted fo...

Selling your House? Watch out..Buyers are about....

We all have seen advertisements that want to sell your house for cash. Now, that seems great if you have had problems selling it, such as buyers who try their best to cut the price or legal delays such as boundary issues. Thus an ad like selling your house for cash, without legal fees or hassle, looks just the job. Right, but is it really? Recently I had a friend who went through this process. The first approach was simplicity itself, a phone-call which more or less was a reaffirmation of what the ad said. So, after agreeing he waited for the Contract. This duly arrived. After cursorily reading through it he filed it away. He noted the agreed price and although not 100% happy about the reduction from his original price he wanted accepted it since he would receive the cash very fast. The company after all was buying. Actually, after some time had passed he received a phone-call telling him that some offers had been received but it seemed the original agreed price was too high for his ...
