The Budget. What budget....?
Well the Budget has his the podium and the play has begun! Will anyone with a brain shut the door when they leave for the airport or port? Does anyone think this Budget will do what is said it will, do? Fat chance! Will the loss of the two-child limit do what our brainy Chancellor says it will? No chance. What it will do is give more money to those on drugs and booze, or pay for the gambling habits. The kids will be as poor as they have always been. It is the bane of humanity especially in Britain. There will just be an increase in the unemployed as for some it will be so much easier not to work at all. I know this is a pretty negative state of affairs but can anyone dispute the reality? For the most part it is already and has been so for quite some time. To diminish the rules is not what people need. Overall the welfare state has just grown again. What did we expect? Labour is the party that murders the economy and has done so every time they came to power. I was listening to the bellowing of the Labour backbenchers on the various aspects the Chancellor was crowing about. That wonderful £20billion put up its head just in time for a bit of Tory bashing, followed by more bellowing. What a shower of incompetence was on show! It is as I have said on many occasions, we are led by incompetent fools.
What now for poor Britain? Despite wonderful projections of growth, will any of that be likely to materialise? Again I say, FAT chance! Britain today is in the grip of virtue-signalling politicians who think the cash register is infinitely big. If one compartment is getting a bit on the low side, just increase a few taxes here and there. Even the Gilts are taking a dive and soon it will not be worthwhile to have them. What will that mean for borrowing? Oh, let’s not worry about that just give every other +9devolved government the power to borrow. Let’s live for today, bugger tomorrow! If anyone calls that frivolity named ‘The Budget’ a way of putting Britain on the right road to fiscal probity, please make a quick appointment with your shrink. It will do the opposite. Even call over more immigrants because instead of it becoming difficult to live in the UK, it is becoming so much more lucrative. Despite all the warnings, Labour has stopped the ears with a solid wax plug. Despite the words, no proper action as usual. Not even from this Budget. A waste of time and also an even greater waste of money. And all that from a shrinking base of employees that still can afford to pay 40% of their income but possibly even more. Thank you Labour, and don’t forget the dame-hood for the bank teller!
