Lovely budget, well done Starmer, now go home!
If there is anything that will prove our lawgivers are numbo’s and were taught in toddler class until they were eighteen years old, is the attempt to put nearly a hundred asylum seekers in a Shropshire new house build street. On top of that the nearest shop is on a Scottish island and if you need medical assistance you would need to call an air ambulance. This in an area that hasn’t seen an immigrant for some time unless the indigenous people went to see a show in London or Brum. You might ask where the brainpower has gone to from our wonderful government. And if you wanted to know whether these selfsame political wonders liked each other, think of Starmer’s gift to the possible new weirdo Burnham. Starmer quickly put through the Defence review with a wonderful sounding budget of some £50billion but reading the small-print some £5billion needs to come from ‘savings’. Wow, how about that, is he saving by taking money from the bloated social budgets? Are you kidding? Of course not, immigrants have to be cared for, aren’t they? So, how is this shortfall, for that it what it really is, to be found? Well, savings from other government budgets? Hey, in which country are you living? Savings from already meagre budgets of other departments? You gotta be joking! Oh, well, no problem then, we’ll just find another tax. How about taxing not just only the profits from increased house values but the whole lot when the property is sold? That’s a good one, no-one will complain about that, won’t they? Or perhaps we could put 2p on the rate of VAT or even wages? You know, increase the PAYE? No-one will notice. We promised to look after working-people, remember? That’s what we are doing.
It is becoming apparent that politicians have little idea what is actually going on. They are seemingly living in some type of Utopia, that so many before them have also tried and dismally failed. It is because there is no such thing as Utopia. It is a dream, a wet dream at that. Human society is red in tooth and claw and always have been. The lucky countries that recognise this do well, the one’s who try to change their make-up trying to obtain Utopia or doing a similar thing called ‘Multiculturalism’, go down the drain. It’s the state of Britain is in right now. A slow descent into the fourth world. I say that because basically we are already in the third world category. You will notice that by the amount of crap all over the place, refuse put simply into the sea and the make up of society. Very rich people at the top and the rest getting poorer by the day. Ah, someone says they are looking after us. Labour and other parties are just looking after us. No, they don’t, they are looking after themselves. Look at the way it can go and sometimes does, a politician with the power in his hand decides to restart something, say building a new power line all the way to the north of Scotland or a new railway line, he or she tells someone they are friends with or family. These either already have a business or will start one. They will next make an offer to do the project or take a part of it. Who’s to know? It can be anything from bra’s to face masks to computers. Politicians think we don’t know. Oh yeah? We read the newspapers too, you know. And this is the society we have allowed to be built up. And yes, it is partly our own fault. But we, the poor and lowly have now woken up, we are beginning to move, to want proper change. It can be done and it will be done. So, watch out Andy Burnham, stop the rhetoric and get on with a proper mandate. Best of all, call a General Election. Now!
