Heathrow closed? What?!? Where's the backup...?

Well, well, so poor Heathrow Airport closed for a whole day? And this is 2025? Does that tell us anything? It sure does! Our infrastructure is pants to say the least and incredibly badly managed by our wonders in power. Whether they are Cons or Labs it doesn’t matter, they are all guilty of mismanaging the country. It is about time we all wake up and start smelling the roses. Except these roses are way past their sell by time. The rotten stench goes all the way up to No.10 and its ministers. People like Electric Ed (Miliband) who has his mind set on completely destroying the remaining tottering infrastructure in his quest to plaster the country with solar panels that don’t work and wind turbines that spew poison all around, (the bi-phenols from the vanes). The point here is that single minded individuals with some power are permitted to fulfil their wet dreams. The cost does not seem to be too important. I can say this having been through Electric Ed’s tenure as Opposition leader which to be fair has been one that no-one can even remember. The biggest problem here is the British education system where those that go to Eton and Oxford are deemed to be those fit to lead. Well, I am sorry but they are basically caricatures. They look after the clan and form the elites from which we cannot seem to escape. So we are set up with the likes of a failed barrister, prospective jokers that love abseiling down church steeples, female economics wizards who had a job as a bank teller. And so on, it just continues.

And then the question of whether Russia was involved in the fire at the sub-station now cropping up I think is doomed to failure. Just because it is too easy! I know of sub-stations locally where you can quite simply walk in. Sure, there is a fence, but that will hold only rabbits at bay. I don’t think Russia would have a go, if they did it would have been much, much bigger than it was. If it was malicious it would most likely have been a local grown idiot. But most likely, a simple accident and if you read the various transcripts you will have noticed the word ‘oil’. This is what Wiki says: Transformer oil or insulating oil is an oil that is stable at high temperatures and has excellent electrical insulating properties. It is used in oil-filled wet transformers, some types of high-voltage capacitors, fluorescent lamp ballasts, and some types of high-voltage switches and circuit breakers. It functions to insulate, suppress corona discharge and arcing, and serves as a coolant. Most often, transformer oil is based on mineral oil, but alternative formulations - with different engineering or environmental properties - are growing in popularity.

Now, when the cards are shown and Russia has become more aggressive and Trump seemingly enthralled by Putin’s stature we have been found pretty lacking in foresight and besides that have allowed our defences to fall to such extent it wouldn’t even be able to man a sound force to help keeping he peace in Ukraine. We need more weapons and thanks to Macron we cannot even get those being told we are not part of Europe. Someone needs to tell Zelensky that all Starmer can promise is hot air, we are pretty good at supplying it!

Say no more, thank you, just sack the idiot who decided to use oil in a highly active electrical substation. I know, I know, it has never happened before. Yep, but now it has.
