The Fight in the White House, oh dear...

The Fight in the White House – or perhaps the Rumble in the Jungle Part 2? What a sad spectacle. But anyone thinking this was an orchestrated attempt to demean another person in front of the cameras to be shown to the world? What was the Vice President doing there? Vice Presidents are mere appendages and mostly unheard and unseen! It also was rather idiotic that one bystander thought it important to point out the Ukrainian president did not wear a suit. It was disrespectful to the highly important edifice of the White House. Has the nearby lunatics asylum opened its doors and let everyone out? It begs the question as to what is behind all of this. Is it about not saying enough 'Thank you’s'? Is it about repayments or rare earth minerals? I don’t thinks so. It is about Trumps idea of how the world should be like. Ukraine is not important. He does indeed think it belongs into the Russian sphere of influence. As a matter of fact I would go as far as saying Trump believes there are only or should be three or four power blocks around. America, Russia and the southern areas Africa/Asia incl China. Is beginning to look like Trump has read ‘Mein Kampf’ but doesn’t quite understand the implications. Nor understands human behaviour in general.

Even so, the spectacle in the White House has now been seen all over the world, will it have a positive impact? Hell no, I don’t think so, what it will do is all Europeans now have torn the film scenario and have called together their cabinets to discuss the wider implications. Those implications were laid bare. Those are that Europe no longer is thought of as partners in a difficult world. Europe will be split in two areas of influence for both Russia and America. The European Union better pull up its socks and fast! Stop the useless talk, bind us properly together even if it has to be a type of federal political set-up. But let us all understand that any singular country has no way to stand up to the US or Russia. Let this be a hard lesson to our worthy politicians. But learn it fast.

Have we still got Credit for the National Debt?

A few of my friends have said to me, ‘Like to read your comments’, and ‘ How can you believe all politicians are wasters or idiots?’ Well yes, good observation. Obviously not all politicians are wasters but when you view the national debt, now standing at I believe at over two trillion pounds you must ask yourself this question – Did I saddle the nation with that? No? OK then who did? You’re right, politicians. This pertains then to all because it is they who make the decisions. They will defend themselves by saying that all they do is in our best interests, but is that really true? Take the Covid debacle with PPI, millions if not billions, were wasted. Panic buying, bad decisions and more. Take the foreign aid budget, millions again sent to nations who have used it to finance their space programme. Or purchased weaponry. Tonyrefail going to jail!

Always I have my ears (and eyes) open to happenings around, especially the rumours that abound. One of these rumours is about a jail. The rumours say that the Welsh Government had written to all Welsh local authorities to find out possible locations etc. The only Authority replied was Rhondda Cynon Taf. Interesting? Of course it is because now my brain begins to tick over. I am sure that the Home Office and as a representative, the Welsh government would want easy access to the motorway system. Here comes the M4! Not too far from the conurbation (Cardiff/Newport/Swansea). So that means Central Eastern South Wales. Next would be land ready for building. Guess what?
